The Scribe is responsible for maintaining the minutes of the meetings and recording the tasks assigned, along with the brother to whom it was assigned. He is responsible for recording the minutes to an online drive, which can be accessed by any member of the fellowship no less than 72 hours after the fellowship. (Must be a Disciple of higher.)
The Historian is responsible for maintaining the records of when initiates are given their salt pouch, the advancement dates of Disciples to Shepherd and Shepherd to Elder, along with the records of elections. The Historian is also responsible for making sure video and pictures are obtained, labeled, and filed of all events. (Must be a Disciple or higher.)
The Steward is responsible for collecting the dues each month, depositing them into the bank account, and providing the fellowship with an account statement once a quarter. The Steward, Protector, and Patriarch are the only members with access to the bank account. (Must be a Disciple of higher.)

The Protector is responsible for the daily administration of the local fellowship. He will organize and conduct all regular fellowships, act as presiding president of the local fellowship, and have authority to conduct business on behalf of the local fellowship. (Must be a Shepherd or higher.)
The Patriarch is responsible for the advancement of the Brotherhood’s interest on a global level. He must strive to recruit and establish new fellowships in towns, cities, and countries all over the world. The Patriarch will by default be the Bishop of Veritas Church (The Inaugural Fellowship) until the decision is made to train and establish a Patriarch whose sole focus is “The Brotherhood” with no other ministry responsibilities. The Patriarch has the authority to remove any elected officer due to moral or ethical failure.
